Brand position
A women-centred point of view: intimate, assured and self-directed rather than trend-led.
→AURA REVE / pre-launch DTC brand system
A self-initiated Australian women's apparel venture, built from positioning into an integrated system for product selection, packaging, content and purchase confidence.

A new category brand cannot win by looking polished alone.
AURA REVE was developed around a clear market position: confidence and personal expression on the wearer's own terms. The challenge was to carry that position beyond a visual mood and into the decisions that shape a credible DTC launch - what products enter the range, how they are presented, and how the content helps a customer choose.
As business builder, I connected early market and consumer signals with the brand platform, a first-batch assortment framework, packaging direction and conversion-focused content planning. This is a pre-launch case: it presents the system and decisions, not unverified performance claims.
One commercial logic across brand, product and marketing.
A women-centred point of view: intimate, assured and self-directed rather than trend-led.
→A focused assortment system shaped by silhouette, material, colour, size and commercial role.
→Content designed to make fit, quality, value and relevance easier to understand.
→Packaging, product pages and channel content work together to support consideration.
Commercial creativity needs a point of view and a route to sell-through.
Brand positioning was translated into practical product criteria: hero silhouettes, material and colour rules, inclusive size logic, target price architecture and a controlled share of high-distinctiveness styles. The purpose was to keep the range recognisable without making every SKU a high-risk statement.
Positioning became an assortment decision system, not a moodboard.Instagram, KOL/KOC and Shopify planning centred on real purchase questions: fit, material quality, value and relevance. Detail-led imagery, multi-body styling, product information and trial feedback were defined as ways to turn editorial brand codes into confidence to consider and buy.
Marketing was designed as product proof, not surface decoration.
A shared language across the product journey.

Product naming, collection directions, packaging language and planned channel content were designed to reinforce the same proposition: confidence, on your own terms.
